Bless you in Russian is будь здоров! to a man, будь здорова! to a woman, and будьте здоровы! politely or to several people. Literally it wishes be healthy, so no blessing is involved, only health.

How to use it
The short adjective agrees with the sneezer: здоров for a man, здорова for a woman, здоровы for вы. The same trio you met in рад/рада, doing the same work.
Будьте здоровы also serves as a warm goodbye (stay healthy), especially from older speakers, and as a toast. One phrase, three jobs, all of them wishing the same thing.
